2nd wave Odette out reach program was headed by NOAA OIC Nigel Rio. He created itinerary as well as drop of point and contact. Recommend estimated gallons to be distributed to the place we visited.Estimated time of arrival per drop off point. Sacrifice his time on work on the day we headed off just to have small pep talk before we go missions.  Handed over the task to me to implement it on field.
